Billing FAQ

Can I buy extra images without upgrading my plan?+
Yes — buy a one-time credit pack (S, M, or L) on any plan, including Free. Credit packs add images to your monthly quota; they do not raise your per-batch limit, which stays at your plan’s size. Credits from packs never expire and carry over to future months.
What happens if I go over my plan’s batch limit?+
The batch limit is a hard cap — you cannot add more images to a single upload than your plan allows. Credit packs don’t change this. To process more images, split a larger shoot across multiple batches.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused images roll over to the next month?+
Your monthly quota resets each billing cycle and doesn’t roll over. Credit pack credits are different — they never expire and carry over indefinitely, regardless of how many billing cycles pass.
